The National Sports Committee would like to thank the members from Commandery No. 41 and Auxiliary No. 156 for their assistance putting on the tournament this year in Utica, New York.

On Friday and Saturday, the local committee provided a hospitality for our enjoyment, each evening this social event was well attended.

We had eighteen teams participate in the team event, thirty-three teams participate in the doubles event and sixty-five teams participate in the singles event. Overall the numbers were down quite a bit from last year.

As a reminder averages are based on a bowler’s highest USBC average from the last three years, all averages will be changed, and bowlers will be notified of the changes going forward.

Next year’s tournament location has not been confirmed yet. As soon as information becomes available it will be made available on the Knights web site shortly. The site is The dates of’ the tournament will be April 24, 25 and 26, 2020.

Hopefully everyone who participated had a good weekend and returned home safely, looking forward to seeing you all again in 2020.
